PAYMENTS:

All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of any postage costs, via preferred payment option as shown in Checkout.

Pilgrim Atelier accepts the following credit cards and options as forms of secure payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal and Klarna, Afterpay

Prices listed on the website are all represented in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your credit card, using that days exchange rate.

In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 7 working days.

If a desired item appears sold out online or you can’t find what you are looking for online - please contact us as depending on the style we might able to process a special order for you.

$500 FOR AUSTRALIA
  • Aotearoa shipping costs $10NZD  when spending under $400 NZD
    New Zealand Post shipping - Target 5-7 working days
  • Australia shipping costs $35 AUD when spending under $500 AUD
    DHL Express shipping - Target 5-10 working days
Australia delivery -  Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Pilgrim Atelier takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase, should local taxes or duties be applied.

Shipping will not be refunded on returns
Shipping will be deducted on any refunds for returns 

If the return means the original purchase would not have qualified for the Free Shipping Terms, then the normal shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We do our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images, and colour representations for all of our garments. Should you require a colour swatch or have further questions about the details of a particular garment, just ask.

  • We dispatch orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday & Sunday are sent on Monday morning if product is in stock. Otherwise we take between 7-10 working days to dispatch/deliver.
  • Please provide a delivery address
  • A signature is required on delivery for all orders. If you request removal of this requirement, responsibility for the safe receipt of your parcel passes to you, and we are unable to accept liability for items marked as delivered but not received.
